ICE Call for Awards Nominations
The Twelfth Annual ICE Awards will be presented at the Awards Luncheon on Thursday, November 10th, 2011 at this year’s Annual Educational Conference in New Orleans, LA. ICE seeks to recognize individuals who have excelled in developing, designing, and implementing programs or practices that have contributed to the field of credentialing.
 
The ICE Board of Directors seeks to recognize those individuals who have demonstrated innovative leadership in the field of credentialing and/or licensure as well as those who have demonstrated leadership in their service to ICE. 

The ICE Board of Directors is currently accepting nominations for the following awards:

  • Credentialing Industry Leadership Award
  • ICE Service Award
  • Lifetime Achievement Award

If you would like to nominate an individual please fill out the application below. Nominations are due by August 26th, 2011.

Please specifically address these questions regarding the Nominee:

Each nomination must include:

  • Resume
  • Supporting documentation of relevant examples of leadership achievements (e.g., published articles, brochures, projects, etc.)
  •  One letter from a professional colleague affirming the nominee’s contribution(s) to the credentialing field or to ICE
  • Brief bio of the nominee (approximately 300 words)

  1. Create a new folder on your desktop and rename it accordingly
  2. Move all required materials into this new folder
  3. Right click on the folder and choose 'Add to folder_name.zip'
  4. After a few seconds, a folder_name.zip file should appear on your desktop
