Program Committee
Each year the ICE President appoints volunteers to our membership committees to guide the development of our organization. Our member's support is crucial to our continued success and we appreciate our volunteer’s interest and willingness to serve ICE in this capacity.
General Committee Information:
The Program Committee is composed of a minimum of 10 members, each who serve a two year term. Each committee has a chair, who runs the meeting and a Board Liaison who relays information to and from the Board of Directors. The Committee holds one in-person meeting in April and multiple conference calls through out the year.
Charges for 2010:
- Solicit and review proposals for 2010 ICE Annual Conference
- Review timeline and special events and make recommendations to the Board
- Determine possible speakers, including keynotes for the 2010 ICE Annual Conference
- Introduce speakers and monitor break-out sessions at 2010 ICE Annual Conference
- Determine theme for the 2011ICE Annual Conference
(Annual conference registration is waived for Program Committee members during their maximum two years of service on this committee.)
