With record numbers in attendance, the ICE 2011 Annual Educational Conference reflected the growing importance and value that credentialing plays in a wide range of professions, from health care to building trades. The event, held November 8-10 in New Orleans, featured presentations, workshops, and networking opportunities designed to improve and grow the practice of credentialing professionals and their organizations.

Each year, ICE recognizes individuals who have made outstanding personal and professional contributions to the credentialing community. At the 2011 ICE Annual Business Meeting, held November 10 in New Orleans, ICE honored Johnna Gueorguieva, PhD, with the ICE Service Award and Cynthia Miller Murphy, RN, MSN, CAE, with the Credentialing Industry Leadership Award.
