Member Registration: If you are an employee of an ICE Member Organization, but do not yet have an account, please have the primary contact of your organization add you as a user to the company profile so that you can receive member registration pricing. Sponsors and Exhibitors of the 2017 ICE Exchange: ICE uses a separate registration process that grants you unique complimentary and discounted registrations based on your 2017 sponsorship/exhibit package. Though you are encouraged to make hotel reservations now, you will receive registration instructions by email.
ICE must receive all cancellations in writing by Friday, September 29, 2017. Please email cancellation requests to firstname.lastname@example.org or fax to 202-367-2173. All refunds will be processed after the meeting and will be assessed a $100 administrative fee. Substitutions are accepted, but can only be credited toward the 2017 ICE Exchange. All sales are final after Friday, September 29, 2017.
