ICE has reserved a block of rooms at a specially negotiated rate for conference attendees.  We encourage you to make your room reservations early as space can sell out.  The ICE group rate is $189 per night, plus taxes and fees.  This rate is valid until Monday, October 8, or until the ICE room block is full, whichever occurs first.  Pre-conference attendees are encouraged to arrive on Monday, November 5.

Ground Transportation

The Westin Mission Hills is located six miles from the Palm Springs Municipal Airport (PSP).  Your best option for travelling between the hotel and the airport is the Yellow Cab of the Desert, which will cost approximately $25 each way.

While Palm Springs Municipal Airport is the closest, you can also fly into Ontario International Airport (ONT - 80 miles away) or Los Angeles International Airport (LAX - 110 miles away) and rent a car for travel to the Westin Mission Hills.
