2017 ICE Executive Summit

"The ICE Executive Summit was a unique and enlightening experience. The content helped generate and inspire ideas on how each executive could best use their influence within their own organization. There were many key takeaways of 'real life' examples."

- Katie Neal, Executive Director, Nuclear Medicine Technology Certification Board

Designed for Strategic Thinkers of Credentialing Organizations

This event is designed for certification body leaders who are focused on strategy and vision. The intent of this workshop is to create an intimate, engaging and high-level program that maximizes your opportunities to apply the expertise of credentialing innovators to the unique challenges your certification organization is facing.

What is the value your credentialing program offers? How do you build resilience?  What markets might you reach?

ICE’s 2017 Executive Summit will provide an opportunity for leaders of credentialing organizations to explore research on the changing workforce. Sara Skvirsky will set the day sharing research from the Institute for the Future. Learn about the blending landscapes of working, learning, and living that will occur in the next 8-10 years. Discuss the signals of change that can help predict the changes for the future, and the new worker archetypes that are emerging. With guidance from Michele Warholic, dig deeper in to which issues resonate most with the credentialing field. Discuss the challenges and opportunities these changes present, and discover ways to strengthen existing programs and building new revenue and program models. Leave the workshop prepared to tackle future changes with a practical, actionable plan.
