Erica Klein is the Certification Senior Coordinator for NAMSS. She is responsible for oversight of their two certification programs, CPMSM and CPCS, from governance, exam development, and accreditation maintenance to managing the certification and recertification processes.
Michelle Butler, MS, CPMSM, CPCS is the Director of Medical Staff Services Experience at North Shore Medical Center where her duties include payer enrollment, delegated credentialing, and physician recruitment. She has served as a member of the Certification Commission of NAMSS (CCN) since 2012 and is currently serving at the CPMSM Sub Committee Chair for the CCN. She has over 12 years in Health Information Management experience and 3 years teaching experience at the college level.
Ropizah Ervin, CPCS, CPMSM is the Credentialing Manager at Novant Health Central Verification Office. She has served as a member of the Certification Commission of NAMSS (CCN) since 2012 and is currently serving at the CPCS Sub Committee Chair for the CCN. In 2010, she served on Novant Health CVO Quality Improvement Committee (QIC).
