Patricia Young, MA, Kryterion, Inc.
Patricia Young, MA, is the Associate Director of Psychometric Services at Kryterion. She has 18 years of experience as a psychometrician in the certification and licensure industry. She has worked with nonprofit boards, public agencies, and for-profit organizations on examination programs in a broad range of industries, including accounting, construction, financial, healthcare, information technology, public health, real estate, and safety. Her experience includes performing exam validation, development, and maintenance activities for both new and well-established certification and licensure programs and assisting clients in obtaining or maintaining NCCA or ANSI accreditation for their examination programs. For the past few years, she has served on a variety of committees for ICE, including serving on the Research and Development Committee as the chair of the Business of Certification Benchmarking task force.
