Chad Buckendahl, Ph.D., ACS Ventures LLC

Chad W. Buckendahl, Ph.D., is a Partner with ACS Ventures, LLC. His research interests include legal issues, standard setting, test evaluation, and validity. Dr. Buckendahl has designed and led validation studies for credentialing programs in architecture, dentistry, dental hygiene, medicine, education, finance, and law; general education, end of course, alternate, and English language literacy assessments in education; and language assessment for admissions, citizenship, and certification. Dr. Buckendahl also serves on technical advisory committees for education and credentialing programs; editorial boards for peer reviewed journals; and on volunteer committees for the Institute for Credentialing Excellence (ICE) and the National Council on Measurement in Education (NCME).


Jaime Kavanaugh, MS.Ed., ACS Ventures LLC

Jaime is a Psychometric Associate at ACS and has more than ten years of experience conducting psychometric activities related to licensure and certification testing. She has also assisted several healthcare organizations acquire and maintain national accreditation. She has recently joined ACS in the role of a psychometric associate, and maintains an office in Lenexa, KS. Jaime’s specific areas of expertise include data analysis, job analysis studies, standard setting studies, and providing guidance to testing programs throughout the accreditation process.
