NCCA Annual Reports Now Available

NCCA Annual Report Update

As you are aware, the National Commission for Certifying Agencies (NCCA) requires that each organization with an accredited certification program(s) complete an annual report form to enable the NCCA to monitor continued compliance with the NCCA Standards.

Annual report forms are now available online, and must be submitted for each accredited program by June 1, 2017. Please log into your NCCA portal via ICE's website to access and submit the form online. Only one report per organization is submitted and includes each of your currently accredited programs.

What's New in 2017

Update to Exam Data Reporting

You spoke and we listened! When submitting your examination data in your annual report, you now have the option to input data for the previous calendar year OR based on your program's testing period(s). If your reporting period is not the most recent full calendar year, you will be asked to specify the time period covered by the data provided. This should include data that is sufficiently recent and comparable to a full 12-month cycle in order to provide the basis for meaningful interpretation of administration results.

Adding Additional Contacts to Your Account

Add additional email addresses to your account so that multiple users may receive accreditation-related communications sent via the LearningBuilder platform. Communications include status updates, inquiry requests, and due date reminders.

Additional Details

Fees are assessed with reports submitted by June 1. Reports that are received between June 5-10 will incur a $100 late fee and that fee will increase to $500 for any annual reports submitted on June 11 or later. If a program's annual report is not received within 30 calendar days, its accreditation status will be suspended until the annual report is received.

Thank you for your continued effort to maintain excellence in your credentialing program! Should you require assistance in completing this process, please contact ICE staff at
