Rory is the Senior Vice President of Certification for PSI. He helps certification clients meet their goals through the suite of services offered by PSI, while leading a team of business development, account management, and consulting professionals. During his career, Rory has worked with over 350 associations and IT credentialing organizations, including well-known licensure programs and globally renowned certifications. Previously, Rory served as the President of International Credentialing Associates (ICA), providing test development, market research, and program management consulting for credentialing organizations. He also worked as a Career Resources Product Manager at IEEE and a Product Manager of Credentials at the Project Management Institute (PMI), growing their flagship Project Management Professional (PMP)® credential through critical business changes and marketing. He also worked at Prometric, providing exam development and program design consulting.

Rory serves extensively throughout the certification community. His current roles include serving as the Vice Chair of the ATP Innovations Conference in 2018, and serving as the Chair of the External Stakeholders Committee for ICE. He is a member of ANSI’s Personnel Certification Accreditation Committee (PCAC) committee, which oversees ANSI accreditation under ISO 17024. He also serves on several Boards of Directors around the testing industry, including as Chair and President of the Performance Testing Council, Security Director for the IT Certification Council, and Director at Large for the Credentialing Network Group (CNG). He has previously chaired the ATP Security Committee, ATP Innovations Marketing Committee, ICE Education Committee, as well as serving as Treasurer for CNG.


Clyde Seepersad is responsible for the training and certification arms of The Linux Foundation. The goal of the team is to provide high-quality training and skills development to the open source community. Over the past decade Clyde has held senior leadership positions in the education space, most recently as head of operations at and before that as a senior executive of Houghton Mifflin Harcourt, a global leader in education.

Prior to his involvement in education, Clyde was a Principal at the Boston Consulting Group, a global strategic consultancy known for its cutting-edge thinking and value creation for clients. He started his career in the public sector, working within the Ministry of Finance in Trinidad and Tobago. He holds an MBA and a Masters in Economics from Oxford University, where he was a Rhodes Scholar.
