In 2018, ICE combined two parallel working groups to create the Career Pathway & Emerging Leaders Task Force. The task force’s first priority was to research what a typical career pathway in credentialing might look like. They developed a Career Pathway Survey and this report provides the findings.
This paper reports the design and results of interviews with individuals who have experience working with small programs. The questions encourage the respondents to help identify both the organizational and psychometric issues they face with small programs.
