Dr. Brian Bontempo has over 15 years of experience in licensure and certification, having played a leadership role in the design and development of many programs and now serving as a commissioner for the National Commission for Certifying Agencies. Dr. Bontempo specializes in item response theory, computer-based testing, computerized-adaptive testing, item banking, large-scale testing, and certification. Before founding Mountain Measurement, Inc., Dr. Bontempo improved the practice of sound measurement serving as the Psychometrician for a variety of licensure and certification programs. He received his doctorate from the Measurement, Evaluation, and Statistical Analysis program at the University of Chicago.
Michelle Nolin, CPLP, Senior Director of Strategy and Solutions, Informa Training Partners
Michelle is an ASTD-Certified Professional in Learning and Performance (CPLP) with 20 years of experience in instructional design, medical writing, instructional/developmental editing, and directing the development of education, training, and communications programs for life science industry professionals, healthcare providers, and consumers/patients.
