About the Presenter
Julia Judish

Julia Judish is a special counsel in the law firm's Employment practice and is located in the Washington, DC office. Her practice covers all facets of the employment relationship and includes both counseling and litigation. Ms. Judish serves as a legal advisor to clients on a full range of employment issues, to ensure compliance, prevent and resolve disputes, avoid litigation where possible, and establish a strong basis for defense against or initiation of legal claims if litigation becomes necessary. Ms. Judish’s advice is informed by her experience litigating in state and federal courts, representing clients in arbitration and mediation proceedings, and investigating and defending claims before the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission and local human rights agencies. Ms. Judish also represents many non-profit organizations on both employment and governance issues.
