Effective Metrics for Certification Organizations
About This Webinar
Roger Brauer, PhD, PE
CEOs and Executive Directors set the stage for what gets managed in the certification businesses they lead. One way to identify where the organization can improve is measuring various elements of the business. The data will help identify potential business problems, issues, and opportunities.
Good business planning and strategy comes from data, the metrics. Measurement is essential to determine if improvement initiatives added to the organization's action plan actually make a difference. Metrics extend to all aspects of the business. This webinar will discuss sales, certificant growth, financial condition and trends, examination and item performance, customer satisfaction, employee performance, competition, and other areas.
