CEOWEB15 Building Championship Caliber Board Teams

Much like a sports team, a high performing organization is always in search of highly skilled individuals who bring the talent necessary to lead their ‘team’. Unlike sports franchises, organizations have requirements that, when looking for board members, could be viewed as obstacles and restraints. Hear Denise Fandel facilitate a conversation about the governance practices for intentional board recruitment and development.
