DEADLINE: Proposal Submissions must be received by 11:55 PM ET Sunday, April 5, 2020
**Please note: the abstract must be completed in one sitting; the system does not allow submitters to save drafts. We highly recommend you type your comments into a word document first and then copy and paste (in plain text) into the system.**
An ICE website account is required to submit a proposal. Each submitter must be logged in to submit a proposal. Only the submitter/primary presenter is required to create a profile; additional presenters are not required to create a profile but it is requested they do so if your session is selected.
Please choose one of the two options below to begin:
1. If you receive ICE emails, then you already have an ICE website account. If you cannot remember your username and password, please click here to re-set them. If you already know your account information, please click here to log in to complete the submission form.
2. If you do not currently receive ICE emails, you will need to become an ICE member or create a guest ICE website account. Your log-in will be sent to you via email for confirmation once you complete your account registration.
Cancellation Policy: Once a session has been accepted, it imposes a serious burden to ICE to cancel it. Please do not submit a proposal if you are uncertain that you will be able to fulfill your obligation to organize and conduct the session at the conference. Once a session is accepted by the Program Committee, cancellation by the session organizers may preclude the organizers from being allowed to submit proposals for future conferences.
