Damon is one of the ICE’s Membership and Operations Associates, with a focus on ICE Communications Strategies.
Damon joined the team in January 2019, after completing a variety of communications and services roles in Washington DC. From the beginning of his training in communications, Damon expressed interest in articulating the message of mission specific organizations. To push his knowledge in this field, he pursued The University of Alabama’s Bachelors of Communications in Public Relations degree, and completed it with a focus in Non-Profit communications.
Damon continues to push the boundaries of how ICE relates to members. In recent months, Damon has developed new tools to stay engaged with ICE Members like ICE Weekly. Damon also serves with the ICE Publications and Editorial Committee. In his spare time, when his isn’t being a father to his 4 year old miniature schnauzer mix son Dexter, he’s creating new meals inspired by unique dishes from around the world.
