Applying for Certification

Applicants for ICE-CCP are required to complete and submit the official electronic application, meet established deadlines, pay all fees, and provide information required to demonstrate eligibility for certification.

Submitting an Application

Applicants must apply for the ICE-CCP examination online using the buttons at the bottom of this page. If they do not already have an I.C.E. profile in the system, they will be prompted to create one.

Applicants are required to attest that all of the information provided in the online application is complete and truthful. If it is discovered that an applicant has falsified or omitted any portion of the information provided in the application, sanctions may result, including invalidation of exam score or revocation of certification, if granted.

All applications are subject to audit. I.C.E. will randomly audit a portion of exam applications upon submission. Applicants will be notified if their application has been selected for audit. Applications cannot be approved until the audit is satisfactorily concluded.

I.C.E. will directly contact applicants to provide any missing information in the application. Failure to respond by the deadline to a request for more information or audit will result in the applicant’s eligibility being denied and the examination fee will be refunded; however, the application processing fee is non-refundable.

The deadline for registering for the initial ICE-CCP beta examination is September 10, 2021.

The beta exam must be taken between October 25 – November 8, 2021.

Payment Methods

Payment for the ICE-CCP examination is made online by credit card at the time of application. Visa, Mastercard or American Express are accepted. Questions regarding group payment or other questions regarding the payment processes can be directed to

Scheduling an Examination

Five weeks before the beta examination an email will be sent out to candidates from Meazure Learning with instructions on how to schedule their examination. Candidates have one week to book the examination. This is referred to as the “booking window”. Once the examination has been scheduled, a confirmation email listing the date and time of the examination will be sent via email. The email will also contain instructions on how to prepare for a live remote proctoring (LRP) session. Candidates are encouraged to check their “junk” email folders to ensure they receive all email notifications.

Be sure that your computer and the location where you intend to take the examination meet the requirements specified in your confirmation email BEFORE examination day. If they do not meet the requirements, you will not be able to complete the test and you will not receive a refund.

Cancellation Policy

Due to the deeply discounted fee being charged for the ICE-CCP beta examination, no fees will be refunded in the event of cancellation.

If for a reason beyond the candidate’s control, they cannot meet a scheduled exam time, the exam may be rescheduled for another time, if sufficient notice is provided and availability exists. To reschedule an exam, please contact before November 7, 2021.
