Role of the Primary Contact
I.C.E.'s membership is primarily organization-based. I.C.E. requests each member organization to identify a primary contact. This individual is charged with:
- Maintaining organization's profile information
- Adding and removing staff and volunteer leaders connected to your organization to recieve benefits.
- Vote on behalf of your organization.
Annual Renewal Process
I.C.E.'s annual membership renewal process kicks off in November annually. I.C.E. will send the primary contact of the organization an autmoatic email with an invoice for the following year's membership.
Renewal invoices are accessible on each member's profile, and can be paid by any staff member. I.C.E. will primarily communicate with the identified primary contract regarding renewal timelines.
