What Leading Organizations Do Differently with Learning: Strategy, Measurement & Impact

*This webinar is sponsored and developed by BenchPrep, and provided free for I.C.E. members and non-members.

Wednesday, June 10 from 1 pm - 2 pm ET

Description

Is your organization’s learning strategy driving meaningful outcomes, or just maintaining the status quo?

For many credentialing organizations, learning programs represent a significant but often under-evaluated driver of revenue, relevance, and overall program impact.

This session introduces a practical approach to assessing the role of learning within a credentialing portfolio. Using the Learning Power Index (LPI) as an illustrative example, you will see how a single metric supports data-informed decision-making, evaluates program performance, and aligns learning initiatives with organizational strategy.

Attendees will also hear firsthand from the Chief Product Officer at CompTIA on how their team evaluated its learning strategy, aligned stakeholders, and implemented changes to improve program performance.

In this session, attendees will:

  • Examine methods for benchmarking the contribution of learning programs to overall program performance
  • Identify strategies to design and scale high-impact, sustainable, and financially effective learning programs
  • Apply approaches to support informed decision-making, align stakeholders, break down silos, and support organizational strategy

You will walk away with practical ideas for evaluating your learning strategy and turning learning into a driver of growth, relevance, and long-term sustainability.
