NCCA Accredited Program

Over 300 certification programs across a wide range of industries—including healthcare, fitness and wellness, government, skilled trades, and legal services—have earned NCCA accreditation.

By joining this prestigious group, your organization has demonstrated a commitment to excellence and high standards. To promote your accreditation and ensure continued compliance, it’s important to understand the key steps and responsibilities that come with NCCA accreditation.

Staying Compliant with NCCA Accreditation Standards

To maintain your accreditation, the NCCA requires all accredited programs to submit an Annual Report Form. This helps the Commission ensure ongoing compliance with the NCCA Standards and offers programs an opportunity to receive valuable feedback. Regardless of the month accreditation was earned, reports are due in January of the following year.

Annual Report Schedule:

  • Release Date: Every January
  • Due Date: June 1 each year

The purpose of the annual report form is to:

  • Document compliance with NCCA Standards.
  • Keep organizations with NCCA accredited programs continually aware of the NCCA Standards and any revisions.
  • To provide organizations the opportunity to receive feedback on any changes that may affect their accreditation status and receive suggested actions to take to maintain compliance with NCCA Standards.

In limited situations, the annual report form may provide data leading to revocation of NCCA accreditation after NCCA review, if the certification program fails to respond or its response demonstrates intended lack of compliance with NCCA Standards.

NCCA Application Fees

An application fee is required for NCCA accreditation. I.C.E. members can save up to $900 on the application. Application fees are non-refundable, and the payment needs to be received before the application is submitted. You can pay by check or with a credit card, but if paying by check we request the check is received prior to the application deadline so you application can be submitted on time.

Re-Accreditation of NCCA

The NCCA will not extend accreditation for organizations that do not submit their re-accreditation applications on time.
