The National Commission for Certifying Agencies (NCCA or the Commission) is the accreditation body of ICE. The Commission reviews and accredits certification programs that demonstrate compliance with each accreditation standard. NCCA's Standards exceed the requirements set forth by the American Psychological Association and the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission.
The Commission is composed of individuals with expertise in certification program administration and test development. Our Commissioners include several executive directors of agencies with accredited certification programs, qualified psychometricians, and at least one public member.
