Services:
  • Program Evaluation: Comprehensive review of an existing certification or certificate program against industry best practices or accreditation standards. This process will result in a detailed report that can be used in strategic planning purposes or to prepare for an accreditation application.
  • Accreditation: SeaCrest will guide organizations through the complex process of making organizational and program changes to comply with accreditation standards. Our experienced team will also prepare your application and manage the application process from start to finish. 
  • Marketing/Communications: SeaCrest will audit your current communications strategies, policies, and tools to identify strengths and weaknesses. Using our knowledge of the challenges certifying agencies face, we focus on developing strategies that maximize resources and help you get the best “bang for your buck.”
  • Certification Program Management: Customized services may include serving as a liaison to the certification board or certification committee; facilitation of certification committee meetings; managing test development and maintenance activities; managing certificant communication; providing a certification program audit to increase efficiency and functionality; review, revise, and/or develop policies and procedures; and manage and implement marketing and communication strategies.
  • Starting New Certification Program: Guiding organizations interested in starting a new certification program or making significant changes to an existing program. We partner with expert psychometricians to evaluate all aspects of your program from the assessment tool to the governance and policies.
