There are two fees associated with accreditation by the National Commission for Certifying Agencies (NCCA).  The first is an application fee that an organization must pay when submitting their initial accreditation application(s).  The application fee is on a per program basis. 

Once a program is accredited, all organizations with 1 or more accredited programs must pay a yearly accreditation fee, which includes their membership fees for the Institute for Credentialing Excellence(ICE).  Please see the two fee schedules below.

Please make checks payable to ICE.  Checks made payable to NCCA will be returned.
Checks should be sent to: ICE, 2025 M Street NW, Suite 800, Washington, DC 20036.

Applicants wishing to pay via credit card should complete the credit card authorization form.

Fees for applications submitted in 2012 for review are as follows:

ICE Member, organization with no currently accredited programs	$1,560/submission
Non-member, organization with no currently accredited programs	$2,075/submission
Organization with accredited programs submitting an application for a new program(s)	$520/submission
5-year Accreditation renewal application	$1,245 for first program $780 for each additional accredited program up to maximum fee of 10 programs

**Application fees are non-refundable and programs that are denied must pay the fee again if they wish to submit a new application.  Therefore, organizations are strongly encouraged to thoroughly review their completed applications prior to submission to ensure that their applications provide up-to-date, accurate information and are completed according to the Standards and guidelines provided in the application form.

NCCA Annual Accreditation Fees for Organizations with Accredited Programs

Effective January 1, 2012:

Organization with up to two accredited programs	$3,780/year
Each additional accredited program	$780/year
Maximum accreditation fee	$10,020/year

The accreditation fee includes membership in the Institute for Credentialing Excellence.  Organizations with newly accredited programs will pay an accreditation fee for the current year that may be pro-rated based on when accreditation was granted.
