The Assessment-based Certificate Accreditation Committee (ACAC) has created a set of psychometric guidelines to assist certificate program administrators with demonstrating compliance to the ICE 1100 Standard, and in particular, Standard 7 on the Development, Conduct, and Evaluation of Assessments. In this session, presenters use the guidelines as a framework to provide guidance on psychometric issues such as how to administer, score, and evaluate assessments in a manner that meets the Standard.
