Renew your membership by the February 28 grace period!

The Institute for Credentialing Excellence (I.C.E.) sincerely appreciates your continued commitment to our industry and our credentialing community.

To renew your organization’s I.C.E. membership for 2026, follow the steps included in this email by January 1, 2026 to ensure uninterrupted membership benefits. I.C.E. also offers a grace payment period through February 28, 2026.

HOW TO RENEW YOUR I.C.E. MEMBERSHIP IN 3 EASY STEPS!

1. Use this direct link to log into your I.C.E. profile: https://my.credentialingexcellence.org/my-profile
2. From the "Overview" tab, click the “Pay” button under your Membership listing.
3. Click “Make Payment” to go to the Payment Wizard. Select the Open Order/Invoice for your organization. Follow the steps to pay directly via credit card or for check payment instructions.

Please contact I.C.E. at info@credentialingexcellence.org if you need to update your organization's primary contact and/or you are unsure who the primary contact is for your organization. We are happy to help!

Membership Renewal 101: Did you know?

• I.C.E. membership operates on a calendar year: annual dues invoices and intermittent reminders are emailed to the designated primary contact of organizational memberships beginning in early December, and payment is due January 1, 2026.
   
• I.C.E. can update who is listed as the primary contact if yours is no longer with the organization or someone else should serve in that capacity. Email us at info@credentialingexcellence.org. 

• Accounts will transition to non-member status on February 28, 2026, at which point all contacts tied to the organization’s membership account will be notified of their expired status in order to ensure continuity should there be a staffing change at your organization.
